If you use this site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. What these terms cover — and what they do not

These terms govern this website only.

They do not govern any services we provide. Deployment, integration, support, and operations engagements are governed exclusively by the written services agreement signed for that work. Nothing on this website, and nothing in these terms, varies, supplements, replaces, or overrides that agreement. If these terms conflict with a signed services agreement, the services agreement prevails.

3. Permitted use

You may access and use this site for legitimate business purposes: evaluating our capabilities, contacting us, and reading the material we publish.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission
• Interfere with its normal operation, including through automated or excessive request volume
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form
• Use the site to transmit malware or unlawful material
• Scrape or systematically extract content for republication, or to train a machine-learning model, without our prior written permission
• Use the site in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or export-control restriction

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe you are in breach.

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, diagrams, and code — is owned by Forge AI Deployment or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. No professional advice

The content of this site is general information about our approach and capabilities. It is not security, legal, regulatory, compliance, or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified assessment of your own environment. Do not act on it without appropriate professional advice. Any engagement we undertake is defined by a signed services agreement, not by this website.

6. Performance figures and forward-looking statements

Performance figures attributed to the webAI platform are published by webAI and are reproduced here for information. They depend on workload, model, and hardware configuration, and they are not a guarantee, warranty, or representation of the results you will obtain. Where performance matters to a decision, we validate expected results against your specific environment during a technical assessment.

Descriptions of capabilities, outcomes, and benefits are illustrative. They do not create a warranty, service level, or contractual commitment. Statements about future plans reflect present intent and may change without notice.

7. Enquiries and confidentiality

Information you submit through the consultation form is not treated as confidential, and no confidential relationship arises, unless and until a written confidentiality agreement is in place between us.

Do not send confidential, classified, export-controlled, proprietary, or personal health information through this website. If a discussion requires that protection, tell us and we will arrange an appropriate channel first. We are glad to work under a non-disclosure agreement from first contact.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

This section applies to this website only. It does not limit, replace, or affect the liability provisions of any signed services agreement, which govern our engagements. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Forge AI Deployment harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this website, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you mandatory protections or a mandatory forum, nothing in this section deprives you of them.

Before commencing any proceeding, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

15. General

• Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website, and supersede any prior understanding about it.
