Make sovereign AI practical in production.
There is no shortage of organizations that want AI and no shortage of platforms that promise it. What is scarce is the ability to put a capable AI system into a regulated, security-sensitive environment and have it survive contact with reality—the network boundary, the audit, the change-control board, the incident review.
That gap is the work. We deploy sovereign AI systems that operate entirely inside the customer's environment and hold up under the scrutiny those environments apply. Our measure of success is not a demonstration. It is a system in production that the security team is comfortable defending.

Our team's experience comes from more than two decades supporting some of the most secure and sensitive operations in the world. That work shapes how we approach everything: assume the boundary is real, document what crosses it, validate before you promote, and design for the day something fails.
Those habits translate directly. An AI system in a regulated environment has the same fundamental requirements as any other critical system—controlled change, demonstrable behavior, resilience, and a clear answer to "what happened and who can prove it." Most AI deployment work does not start from that position. Ours does.

John Ezzell
Founder
John has spent more than twenty-five years building and running technology practices that enterprises depend on. He co-founded BIAS Corporation in 2004 and grew it into one of the most decorated Oracle partners globally before its acquisition. He then served as a Managing Director at Deloitte.
His career began on the vendor side, as a Practice Director at Oracle, and the through-line since has been the same: taking complex enterprise platforms and making them work inside real organizations, under real constraints, for public and private sector clients who cannot tolerate failure.
Forge AI Deployment applies that discipline to sovereign AI. The problem is familiar — a powerful platform, a demanding environment, and a gap between the two that only disciplined integration closes.

We chose the platform we would have to defend.
Selecting a platform foundation is the most consequential decision an integrator makes, because it determines what is possible for every client afterward. We evaluated the landscape against a single question: can this run entirely inside a customer's environment without asking them to compromise?
webAI met that standard architecturally rather than by configuration. Local execution, privacy-by-design, auditable intelligence, and genuine performance engineering for customer hardware—these are properties of how the platform is built, not options to be switched on. That distinction matters when a CISO asks what guarantees the design provides.

A platform license does not produce a working system. The distance between capable software and a production deployment inside a complex enterprise is where projects stall—identity integration, network segmentation, hardware sizing, data access patterns, evaluation, change control, and the operational discipline to keep it all healthy.
That distance is what Forge covers. We are accountable for the deployed system end to end, and we stay engaged after go-live. When something needs to be answered for, there is one partner to ask.
